That Cat Came Back... 19 years later! Photo: Joe Michaud |
This picture shows the Backing Plate side of the Manx rear
wheel and progressively wound fork springs. There are alloy damper bodies (Manx) and
damper rods in the forks, as well as alloy replacements for more or less anything anything
we could have thought of. The left rear engine plate, however. is solid from the top
rear to bottom rear engine mounting points on the frame, and has a minimal sized hole in
it for the left end of the gearbox to pass through. The plates are 2024 and thicker
than is usual practice. Rims are Borrani, tires are ancient but unworn KR-83 Dunlop (last generation treaded Road Race tires). The seat is an awful Manx replica. RIGHT SIDE PHOTO IS BETTER, hang in there Link to Full sized image, complete right profile 45K
