A barely visible fetish-type item shown here is the enameled emblem non-revcounter timing cover, probably Domi 88 in origin.

This picture again shows  the Manx rear wheel and gives a better look at the front brake, a 10.6" Kosman meehanite rotor on (at that time the one and only)  Kosfab rotor adapter for a Norton hub.  This is too small a rotor diameter, and we're fitting an 11.7" Kosman rotor.  This bike needs a front fork brace; as many Norton owners have found out the hard way, they'll wear out the caliper side slider without one.  Excellent corrections are shown on the "world's straightest Commando" detail shots.   A standard Commando caliper is used here, pumped by a 13mm piston Gri Me Ca handlebar master; brake hose is Aero Cycle Systems -3 aircraft type stainless wire braid re-inforced Teflon.

Silly, wretched excess, to no good purpose except to look flashy is brashly demonstrated in the use of Aeroquip high pressure wire braid re-inforced hoses in -6 size on the oil feed/return and -8 size on the crankcase breather.  The barely visible heim-jointed rearset shift linkage is a remaining part from the old PM Norton Rich Arians racer.

The main items critically needing upgrading at this time are obtaining a fork brace (Please email us if you have one to sell) and fabricating a new exhaust.  These pipes drag on the ground and of course could put good use to some megaphones or vestigial mufflers.  Also a good plan would be to put a sidestand on it, and a tail-lamp and license plate to keep the constabulary smiling if they should see this on a public road!

Check out the carburetion detail, it's probably the best visible part of the bike!
